Role Overview The Merchandise & Planning Coordinator will play a key support role within LESET’s Merchandising team, assisting the Director of Merchandise & Planning in all aspects of assortment planning, inventory management, reporting, and cross‑functional communication. This individual will ensure that products are accurately tracked across channels, key reports are delivered on time, and internal teams are aligned on seasonal and core strategies. This is a hands‑on role for a detail‑oriented, organized, and analytical team player who is eager to grow in merchandise planning.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandise Planning & Strategy Support

Assist in building seasonal and core merchandise plans across wholesale, DTC, and retail.

Update and maintain line plans, style counts, and assortment trackers.

Support the creation of line sheets, JOOR uploads, and seasonal planning tools.

Compile post‑season sell‑in reports and competitive analysis to support future business decisions.

Inventory & Forecasting

Monitor inventory flow and provide weekly ATS (available‑to‑sell) reports.

Track replenishment orders, recuts, and seasonal sell‑through to help inform future buys.

Assist with allocation updates and adjustments across sales channels.

Help analyze historical performance and consumer demand to support forecasts.

Weekly store inventory management, including replenishment orders, RTVs, and store communication.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly sales and inventory recaps, quarterly hindsights, and post‑market recaps in addition to other reports needed.

Track and communicate in‑season product performance, recut needs, as well as key performance indicators (sell‑through, margin, inventory turnover) to the Director of Merchandise & Planning.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

Collaborate with Operations, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure data consistency and accurate product information—updating all portals including but not limited to Zedonk, Joor, NuOrder.

Partner with Sales to support wholesale account needs and assortment updates.

Oversee wholesale ATS linesheets and orders.

Manage specialty store orders from request to payment/shipping and preparing major orders to be routed by Operations.

Stepping in to support operations in sending out specialty seasonal orders as needed.

Assist in preparing decks, presentations, and reporting tools for internal meetings.

Oversee sample coordination in LA for wholesale, photoshoots, press etc., keeping detailed logs of all samples.

Key Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or inventory management (fashion/apparel preferred).

Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with planning/merch systems (e.g., Zedonk, JOOR, Shopify) a plus.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Passion for fashion and understanding of consumer and market trends.

Reporting Structure This role reports directly to the Director of Merchandise & Planning, with cross‑functional collaboration across Operations, Sales, and Design.
