to support nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through in-person engagement and grassroots outreach. This is a hands‑on role perfect for outgoing, socially conscious individuals looking to start a career in
nonprofit outreach, community engagement, fundraising, or advocacy —no prior experience required. Paid training is included.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit partners at
community events, outreach locations, and public engagement sites
Engage with community members to raise awareness and encourage support
Communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives clearly and persuasively
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily engagement and donation goals
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and outreach booth coordination
Track community interactions and provide feedback to improve campaign performance
Participate in training and team meetings focused on advocacy, leadership, and communication
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking with diverse audiences
Passionate about
social impact, community service, or humanitarian work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience needed — full training provided
