Responsibilities include filing, answering phones, organizing documents, basic bookkeeping, and more. Familiarity with office equipment, software, and procedures is required. Responsibilities include: Reporting to management and performing administrative duties. Answering and screening telephone calls, forwarding as needed. Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events. Welcoming and assisting visitors professionally and courteously. Handling inquiries, sorting mail, copying, scanning, and filing documents. Monitoring and replenishing office supplies. Maintaining a tidy reception area and observing professional etiquette. Performing additional duties as required or requested. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training. Ability to create a welcoming environment and demonstrate professional etiquette. Experience with answering calls, scheduling, and using word processing, spreadsheets, and email (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
