Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily pressure pumping operations in the field

Lead crews in the setup, execution, and breakdown of frac, stimulation, and nitrogen pumping jobs

Ensure all operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards

Monitor equipment performance and job parameters, making real-time adjustments as needed

Train and mentor field personnel in proper procedures and safety practices

Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and management regarding job progress and performance

Maintain accurate job documentation, reports, and equipment logs

Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of experience

in pressure pumping operations

Proven supervisory experience in

frac and stimulation pumping , including

high-rate water packs

3–5 years of nitrogen pumping experience

is required

Strong mechanical and hydraulic systems knowledge

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in demanding field environments and manage multiple crews

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
