Position Summary A full‑time position providing administrative support to the attorney team 60% of the time and processing legal requests for assigned charter banks 40% of the time. The role is not eligible for fully remote work.
What You’ll Do
Handle all assigned legal requests promptly and accurately following Legal Requests Procedures
Coordinate special projects, including Law Firm Due Diligence, support e‑discovery, file public notices, data management for regulatory support, audits, special events, and backup Legal Requests coordination; assist with court filing and docket management
Process department FedEx, newspaper advertising, and other invoices
Set up, organize, and maintain paper and electronic files; coordinate paper document shredding as needed
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
Minimum 2 years of prior banking operations or legal experience
Proficient with Image Center and other FIS systems; familiar with deposit and loan account research tools, Egnyte, and file‑sharing systems
Associate degree preferred
