Our client, a family office, is looking for a Temp to Possible Perm Personal Assistant to support their Principal.
This position starts asap and will be an ongoing assignment, with potential for permanent hire if the right fit.
Location:
Midtown
Hours:
10am – 6:00pm (flexibility for events as needed)
*Fully Onsite
Responsibilities
Act as the primary on-the-ground point of contact, managing daily errands, tasks, and coordination across all household operations.
Support the Estate Manager and Head of Household with scheduling, communications, and follow‑up to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
Plan, organize, and assist with events as needed
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism in all engagements.
Manage logistics such as deliveries, reservations, scheduling, and personal appointments as needed.
Provide backup support to the Estate Manager during absences or periods of high activity, including working directly with the principal as required.
Uphold the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all matters.
Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, particularly during event seasons or times of increased household activity (advance notice provided).
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience
Strong service orientation with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative
team player
with a positive, can‑do attitude.
Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and consistent follow‑through.
Proficient with technology, scheduling platforms, and general administrative tools.
Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in all interactions.
Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality environments is highly valued.
