LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST - IN-HOUSE (FAST-GROWING LAW FIRM)
Position Summary:
The intake specialist gathers information from potential clients via phone, website, text, and email. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, as this role primarily involves answering and making phone calls. Attention to detail, reliability, and a compassionate approach are essential. The intake specialist represents the face of the law firm, making this a vital role in helping potential clients resolve family law issues.
Responsibilities include:
Intake of client information and communication with the case manager
Proper scheduling of clients on the firm’s calendar
Sending payment links for consultation fees
Assisting with other office tasks as needed
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Qualifications:
Customer Service experience (1 year preferred)
Team player
Experience with answering phones, scheduling, and intake
Detail-oriented
Comfortable with technology and computers
Bi-lingual skills are a plus, especially for the firm’s focus on the Hispanic community starting January 1, 2024
Previous legal experience is not required, but sales experience is beneficial. The firm values individuals with a strong desire to help clients and a willingness to go the extra mile.
