Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities Personal Assistant (PA) to a high-net-worth (HNW) family to act as the central coordinator of the family’s personnel and household, ensuring everything runs seamlessly, often anticipating needs before they’re expressed, ensuring their daily life runs smoothly, efficiently, and discreetly.

Household & Lifestyle Management

Coordinate household staff: Manage schedules and communication between housekeepers, chefs, drivers, pilots, groundskeeper, etc.

Property management: Oversee maintenance, repairs, renovations, and contractors across multiple residences.

Inventory and organization: Keep track of household supplies.

Hours – Monday to Friday, office on-premises in their Guest Home near their personal residence, Boerne, TX, 8 am to 5 pm (including up to 25% out of office running family errands, deliveries, etc.).

Calendar management: Handle family and children’s schedules, social events, travel, meetings, charity, medical appointments, college tours, etc.

Travel coordination: Book flights, arrange private travel, accommodations, and itineraries — often across multiple time zones.

Event planning: Plan dinners, parties, fundraisers, or vacations including coordination with vendors.

Personal errands: Shopping, gifting, deliveries, appointments, and reminders.

Bill payment & expense tracking: Reconcile receipts and manage budgets.

Gatekeeping: Manage communication between the family and external contacts.

Discretion & confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with complete privacy.

Representation: Sometimes act on the family’s behalf when interacting with service providers.

Ensure seamless transitions between homes or vacation properties.

Discretion and trustworthiness — maintains absolute confidentiality in all personal and professional matters.

Extreme attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks; anticipates needs before they’re voiced.

Takes initiative — proactively handles tasks without being asked and seeks solutions, not problems.
