Purpose We are seeking an Assistant Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. This support role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and ready to help clients through the personal injury legal process. The individual will play a support role in case development, client communication, and case management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, client-focused, willing to learn and support multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.

This is a full‑time, in‑person position based in our Lake Mary, Florida, office. The position is paid on an hourly basis of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a year‑end discretionary bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management Support & Organization

Support Case Managers and Attorneys to deliver the best client experience by helping move claims forward and keeping the client's records up to date.

Collect and organize evidence and documents to support liability claims and injury details.

Provide administrative assistance as needed, including preparing letters, emails, and client correspondence and scheduling meetings with clients, attorneys, and third parties.

Insurance Carrier Communication

Assist with contacting insurance carriers to open claims on behalf of clients, ensure representation and document in the case management software.

Healthcare Provider Communication

Assist with contacting healthcare providers to verify account balances, ensure liens are acknowledged and begin process to prepare for settlement payments.

Support Medical Bills & Records requests and follow up with our Medical Records Team.

Client Communication & Support

Assist Case Managers and Attorneys in contacting clients and keeping them up to date on their case progress.

Ensure clients receive timely updates and support phone calls during peak hours.

Collaboration with Legal Team

Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure seamless support of each case.

Be willing to jump in and support the team and clients where needed.

Skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive client relationships.

High attention to detail and ability to maintain organized case records and documents.

Willingness to collaborate and support other team members to ensure the success of each case.

Willingness to learn and build new skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Experience in a high‑volume personal injury practice or legal space is preferred, but not required.
