Bankruptcy Paralegal – Hybrid | Tampa, FL
A dynamic legal team is looking for a
Bankruptcy Paralegal
to support attorneys in managing creditor‑side bankruptcy matters and related litigation. This hybrid role is based in Tampa, FL and requires in‑office presence three days per week.
What you’ll do
Prepare and file bankruptcy documents including proofs of claim, motions for relief, and objections under Chapters 7 and 11
Maintain organized case files and ensure timely document management
Draft and review legal documents such as motions, briefs, and discovery responses
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Track deadlines and assist with case strategy and procedural updates
Stay current on local bankruptcy rules and court procedures
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent legal experience
Florida Registered Paralegal certification is a plus
Solid understanding of bankruptcy law and federal court procedures
Strong writing, research, and communication skills
Proficiency with legal software and document management tools
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Tampa, FL (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
