Organize, index, and analyze legal documents and case files Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal filings under attorney supervision Issue subpoenas and conduct background checks Coordinate document production and assist with deposition prep Support attorneys during trial and prepare deposition summaries Communicate with clients, experts, and court personnel Utilize Westlaw for legal research Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal secretary High school diploma required; college degree and paralegal certificate preferred Strong typing skills (65+ WPM) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities Experience with AAA filings Familiarity with 558 Notices and demand letters Details
