What You’ll Do
Contracts: Assist with reviewing, editing agreements, and help track deadlines and obligations.
Litigation: Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, research, and document management.
Compliance: Help maintain compliance programs, support policy updates, and monitor regulatory changes.
General Support: Manage legal files, databases, and calendars, and serve as a resource to the broader legal team.
Education & Experience
Minimum Education: Associate’s degree (required).
Minimum Years Of Experience: 0-2 years (internships counts).
Specific Qualifications: Paralegal credential or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (required).
Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a legal setting preferred (internship experience counts).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal or contract management software a bonus.
