Overview
HT Prevention Specialist School-Based role at AmeriCorps. Under the supervision of the Prevention Program Manager, the member will implement prevention programs and initiatives aimed at promoting the physical and mental health and overall well-being of youth ages 12 to 18. This includes facilitating educational sessions, coordinating outreach efforts, and supporting activities that foster healthy development and resilience among adolescents. Members will also receive training and/or certification towards youth mental health and behavioral health. Members serve approximately 25 hours/week.
