Compensation:
Hourly Wage: $23-$25 per hour
Overtime Wage: $34.5-$37.5 per hour
About the Role We are looking for experienced nannies and babysitters to join our on-call nanny squad. Whether you are a seasoned nanny, daycare professional, retired teacher, or simply someone who loves spending time with children, we want YOU to help families experience meaningful connections and joyful moments.

Responsibilities
Provide child‑focused care, including play, reading, arts and crafts, and other age‑appropriate activities.
Communicate regularly with parents and coworkers to ensure smooth care.
Assist with school homework up to 5th‑grade Math and English assignments.
Work at least three days per week between 7am – 7pm.
Maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for transportation.
Follow safety and health policies, including CPR/First Aid and California Trustline requirements.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of day‑to‑day childcare experience with children ages infant and up.
Reliability, trustworthiness, and strong communication skills.
Legal age 18 years or older.
Ability to lift 35 pounds safely and get up from and down to the floor numerous times throughout the day.
Willingness to react calmly to emergent situations.
3 references (2 related to childcare, 1 character reference).
