Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Registrar located in Marshall, TX. The Assistant Registrar will manage daily operations related to student registration, academic records, and course scheduling. Responsibilities also include data entry, maintaining student records, assisting with graduation audits and processes, and providing customer service to students, faculty, and staff.

Perform data entry and maintain student records.
Assist with graduation audits and related processes.
Provide customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
Qualifications
Experience in data entry, maintaining academic records, and course scheduling
Proficiency in using student information systems and other relevant software
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in dealing with student records and data
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
Previous experience in higher education administration is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business Administration, or similar
