Asset Manager Job Description:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high-quality service experience across onboarding, account management, reporting, and routine inquiries. Build a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies and digital asset offerings to provide accurate and confident responses to client questions. Collaborate cross-functionally with portfolio management, operations, compliance, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and exceptional client satisfaction. Lead the client due diligence process, including the timely and accurate completion of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and conducting detailed sessions with both prospective and existing clients. Assist senior relationship managers in the preparation and delivery of portfolio reviews, market commentary, and customized reporting materials. Proactively monitor client feedback, service performance, and market developments to anticipate needs and recommend enhancements to the client experience. Keep comprehensive records of all client communications and service activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Represent the firm with professionalism during client engagements and industry events, reinforcing the organization’s credibility and trusted reputation within the institutional space. Requirements / Qualifications:

Proven background in client service, investor relations, or relationship management within asset management, private wealth, or institutional investment environments. Strong grasp of investment management principles; knowledge of digital assets or alternative investments is a plus. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to simplify complex market and product concepts for a variety of stakeholders. Exceptionally organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a client-centric approach. Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across departments. Resourceful and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and a commitment to professionalism and discretion. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or relevant industry certifications are advantageous. Additional advantages include:
