Management Rotation Trainee role at
Keystone Automotive Operations . Keystones Automotive Operations invites recent graduates to join a two-year rotational program designed to provide a challenging yet educational experience in the primary functional areas of the business. Participants aim to successfully complete each rotation and contribute suggestions to improve current processes. Rotational Leadership Program
The program provides personal training from program leaders, daily interaction with functional area leaders, and personal coaching from a dedicated mentor throughout the duration of the program. The program is comprised of three core rotations: Customer Service & Sales, Category & Inventory Management, and Operations & Logistics. As a Management Rotation Trainee, you will learn the fundamentals of each department and work alongside managers to complete projects and tasks that build the skills needed to become a future business leader. Responsibilities
Learn the fundamentals of each department through hands-on work and collaboration with managers. Engage in projects and tasks that develop leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional knowledge. Candidate Qualifications
Recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or other business-related degree. Minimum 3.0 GPA Highly self-motivated with strong communication skills. Desire to be a future leader and to gain exposure to multiple facets of business to build a solid foundation of knowledge. Program Requirements
Each candidate is required to fulfill at least one rotation in at least two of the participating locations, temporary relocation may be required: Exeter, Pennsylvania Austell, Georgia Brownstown, Michigan Orlando, Florida Irving, Texas Kansas City, Kansas Candidate must work the typical schedules of the assigned roles within each rotation: Shifts vary by role; examples include: Sales, Marketing, and Category & Inventory Management shifts typically 8 am – 6:30 pm Operations shifts may include 1st, 2nd, and possibly 3rd shifts; workdays can be Sunday through Saturday depending on the role Delivery shifts typically start between 3:00 am – 5:00 am Physical requirements: Sales, Marketing, and Category & Inventory Management: sitting for extended periods; computer work for extended periods Operations & Delivery: lifting up to 75 lbs; frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, climbing, and stairs; ability to work on powered equipment (training provided) Assist delivery drivers with routes, incl. loading/unloading at customer sites Travel via airplane or vehicle for cross-dock site visits with a Regional Delivery Manager Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time Job Details
