Assistant BSA Officer
to work
onsite
for an opportunity paying
up to $90,000 annually , based on experience. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supporting BSA/AML operations within a regulated financial environment, including transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, and system administration — particularly with
Fiserv FCRM
or similar AML platforms.
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience in a banking environment
Strong working knowledge of BSA, AML, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC regulations
Fiserv FCRM experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to review, investigate, and elevate suspicious activity alerts
Proven experience preparing and filing SARs and CTRs
Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Familiarity with customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes
Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
Support the BSA Officer in managing daily AML and OFAC compliance operations
Monitor and investigate alerts for suspicious activity through Fiserv FCRM or similar systems
Assist in preparing and filing regulatory reports, including SARs and CTRs
Conduct ongoing due diligence for high-risk accounts and business relationships
Participate in internal audits, regulatory exams, and compliance reviews
Maintain and update AML policies, procedures, and risk assessments
Provide training support to staff on compliance awareness and reporting obligations
Ensure timely escalation of potential compliance issues
Support as needed
