Position Overview Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host. Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Preferred candidates will be able to work a flexible schedule; however, it is required that the ideal candidate be able to work PM (afternoon & evenings) shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of hotel experience or customer service related experience.
Must possess strong computer and multi-tasking skills.
