Part Time Daycare Teacher $17 per hour
Location: The Learning Experience - River Vale
Schedule: Part time, Monday – Friday - flexible hours from 11am-6pm
Pay Range: $17 per hour

Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Part Time Teacher to join our River Vale team. The ideal candidate has a passion for supporting the growth and development of young learners.
Responsibilities
Assist the Lead teacher in the classroom with creativity, structure, and warmth.
Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® aligned with age-appropriate milestones.
Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding classroom activities and child progress.
Mentor and collaborate with teachers to ensure consistent classroom excellence.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and center policies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of classroom experience working with toddlers or preschoolers preferred.
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
Must meet all New York State childcare licensing requirements.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
