TITLE Boxing Club . Position Overview: As a Sales Associate, you help generate revenue by building relationships with potential, new, and existing members. Your goal is to drive business through memberships, class packages, private training, equipment, and retail sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and sales skills, and a love for fitness. Brand Standards & Responsibilities: Create new business through lead generation, member promotions, referrals, and guest passes. Reach out to potential members by phone and set appointments. Promote specials to current and future guests. Complete agreements and manage daily leads. Achieve personal revenue targets. Tour potential members, establishing relationships and understanding their needs. Enroll guests using TITLE Boxing Club sales techniques. Maintain a clean and operational facility. Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred. Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Independent, organized, with a passion for health and fitness. Ability to multi-task and work in a team. Requirements: Lift 45 lbs. High school diploma/GED. Proficient computer skills. Work up to 20 hours/week, including evenings and weekends. Stand or sit for up to 8 hours/day. Compensation & Perks: Hourly pay plus commission. Comfortable attire.
