This appointment setter position requires daily travel to our Raleigh office. You will not need to use your personal vehicle for work. There is no overnight travel required.
No experience required (see "Paid Training" below).

Responsibilities
In this role you will be working with homeowners to set appointments for our Project Management team to deliver roofing solutions.
Your responsibility is not to make any hard sales in the entry level position, but rather to find potential customers and generate appointments with those interested in receiving a free Roofing Estimate.
Perform a detailed roof assessment (from the ground)
Identify customer needs
Accurately communicate technical issues to clients
Be responsible for an excellent client experience
Manage a seamless hand-off to other departments
Create excitement with our customers
Paid Training Our paid marketing training program is a full week of the best training in the industry. Over 80% of our team members bring in multiple clients their first day. We focus heavily on product knowledge, installation knowledge, and marketing/sales in this training program.
Pay and Benefits
We offer commission, plus weekly and monthly bonuses, ON TOP OF YOUR BASE PAY.
You can expect to earn between $40,000 and 70,000 in your first year.
Based on real Glassdoor, and Indeed employee reviews, our average pay for this position is over $53,000 (over $27 per hour).
Our top Appointment Setters average $1,500 per week - this works out to over $34 per hour.
