Be our next Assistant Project Administrator What a day at EXP has in store for you Perform basic contract administration functions for civil transportation projects. Import information into the Materials Acceptance and Certification Program (MAC). Measure completed work to date. Read and comprehend contract documents. Keep inspectors’ daily reports of assigned work activities. Prepare monthly construction estimates. Monitor construction progress to ensure proper installation sequences, compliance with schedule, contract requirements, and regulations. Assist in reviewing and modifying schedules, specifications, and drawings. Prepare Supplemental Agreements and Work Orders per FDOT specifications. Monitor EEO compliance documents. Assist the Project Administrator by documenting meeting minutes. What your experience looks like An Engineering Degree, High School Diploma, or equivalent, along with 4 years of road & bridge construction engineering inspection (CEI) experience involving project-related duties. Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to office aspects of the project. Experience with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Expressway Authority, or other Federal Highway Administration-funded projects. Proficiency in all relevant computer programs required for this position. Qualified in the respective CTQP / FDOT certifications. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel software.
