Job Title: Phone Sales Appointment Setter - Hourly + Commission
We're seeking in-office Appointment Setters with proven sales experience. This role is phone-based and focuses on converting warm leads into booked appointments for our field sales reps. No remote or hybrid work available. Daily Responsibilities:
Outbound calls to warm and hot leads Schedule qualified appointments for our field reps Track and achieve performance goals Deliver excellent customer experience over the phone Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum sales experience required (inside sales, call center sales, telemarketing, or collections) Money-motivated, goal-focused, and reliable Strong communicator with positive energy Must work in-office — no remote/hybrid Benefits and What You'll Get:
Base pay $14-$17/hr Incentives and bonuses = $55,000-$70,000 yearly potential Flexible part-time and full-time schedules Shifts available: 8am-4pm, 12pm-8pm, and weekends Paid training & ongoing coaching Full-Time Benefits:
