Independent licensed clinicians in Georgia willing to see 25+ sessions per week.
Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and children, supported by the team.
Clinicians who value autonomy and enjoy being part of a team.
Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
Strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Georgia.
Permanently residing and licensed in the state where services are provided.
Compensation Up to $97 000, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
What We Provide
$7 500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours per week.
Guaranteed bi‑weekly pay (no reimbursement delays).
Paid orientation and annual pay increases.
PTO and flexible scheduling (7 am–10 pm, 7 days per week).
No‑show protection and case‑load build‑up within 90 days of credentialing.
Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support.
