Overview
Chicago Athletic Association is hiring for the Front Office Host position. This role focuses on the guest registration process, communication of hotel services and promotions, and creating a positive guest experience. It is a visible position that directly impacts guest satisfaction. If you have worked at other hotels as a front desk clerk or have an interest in hotel clerk roles, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.
This highly visible role provides opportunities for casual conversation and directly impacts the guest experience.
Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.
Act as the face of CAA and contribute to the guest experience.
Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Open availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
