Clinician, IAPP This position is responsible for providing home-based clinical services with children and their families to help preserve or reunite them in accordance with Northeast Parent & Child Society's stated purpose and mission of protecting children, preserving families and strengthening communities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide home and community based assessment, planning and treatment with individuals, groups and families with those enrolled in our Family Preservation services (the level of intensity / number of direct services hours per family is dependent upon the services in which one is employed) Complete necessary all records and client information in accordance with agency, county, and state policy and funding requirements Continue skills development through agency-provided clinical / core training Provide liaison contact with collateral resources such as referring agencies, schools, family court, and other agency personnel serving on behalf of a child and/ or family as it relates to their treatment Primarily responsible for the clinician decisions when assigned and paired to work as a team with a Bachelors Clinician (Family Case Manager or Clinician Case Manager). Ensure provisions of regular treatment plan meetings and services plan reviews. Ability and willingness to do the job as it is today and change as the job changes. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Requires a Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field and at least one year of post-graduate experience. CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE License Preferred: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Must have a valid drivers license. ABOUT NORTHERN RIVERS
