The incumbent contributes to the success of the School as a whole and the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Department of Clinical Pharmacy Practice through supporting a variety of administrative operations. Responsibilities include functions related to finance, facilities, student services, human resources, academic personnel, events, communications, information technology, and day to day operations. What It Takes to be Successful
Required:
Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs. Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns. Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verbally and in writing. Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Preferred:
Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. Special Conditions:
Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required. Compensation and Benefits
