GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a CEI Assistant Project Administrator to support our Orlando, FL office. The role involves assisting the Project Administrator in construction contract administration and field inspection, maintaining logs, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, coordinating with inspectors, and supporting field inspection duties. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to work on stimulating projects with a supportive team, advancing your career, and contributing to a growing company.

Essential Duties:

Apply critical thinking skills in practice areas; perform tasks using standard techniques and procedures.

Coordinate construction meetings and produce review and distribution of minutes.

Assist the Contract Support Specialist with office duties such as estimates, EEO compliance, and contract changes.

Be proactive and anticipate tasks.

Support other office-related tasks for the CEI team.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.

Detail-oriented with effective communication skills.

Ability to achieve CTQP Final Estimates Level 2 and Asphalt Roadway Level I/II certifications within 6 months.

Possess FDOT Intermediate MOT certification.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.

Walk in steep, varying terrain in all weather conditions.

Valid driver's license required.
