Real Estate Paralegal Location Frisco, TX | Hybrid (WFH: Tuesday & Thursday)
Compensation & Schedule • Starting at $90,000 + 10% performance bonus
• Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Fri: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• W2, Full-Time, Direct Hire
• Start date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT This position plays a critical role in supporting legal operations for a high-growth real estate investment firm. As the subject matter expert on leases, titles, and surveys, you’ll ensure transaction readiness and compliance by spotting potential roadblocks and facilitating smooth closings. Success is defined by accuracy, efficiency, and confident cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Abstract lease agreements and summarize key terms with precision
Review and red-flag issues in title documents that may impede sales
Compare surveys to identify discrepancies requiring permits or remediation
Manage contract workflows including drafting, reviewing, and tracking legal documents
Support post-close compliance with documentation such as estoppels and amendments
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years as a real estate paralegal in a law firm setting (no corporate CRE)
Paralegal certification required
Experience with lease administration and real estate closings
Skilled in reading title reports, identifying encumbrances, and comparing survey data
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Multi-monitor desktop configuration
Document management systems (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments)
Microsoft Office Suite
Adobe Acrobat
Lease abstraction platforms
PREFERRED SKILLS
Comfortable in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
Strong time management and professional communication style
Ability to thrive under a less hands-on management approach
