Direct Marketing Associate
in the Greater Michigan and Grand Rapids area!
Position Overview We seek an accomplished, driven, and collaborative
Direct Marketing Associate
to enhance our customer's experience in home upgrades. Join our team!
Compensation This position offers
uncapped commission
plus base pay. Successful candidates are expected to
earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . Base pay starts at
$20/hour , depending on experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will provide specific details during hiring.
Responsibilities
Generate highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories, recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas.
Transport yourself to the assigned territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally at all times.
Use company mapping and business applications to maintain accurate records of house-to-house data.
Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct, including proper uniform and municipality permits.
Communicate ideas for improving the canvassing program to the Program Manager.
Master Renewal by Andersen methodologies, products, and promotional offerings as a Signature Service expert.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Minimum age of 21 for company insurance coverage.
Reliable transportation.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily.
