Responsibilities
Lead product strategy for Merchant Performance Growth, enhancing tools for merchants to improve outcomes and scale investment
Develop Merchant Intelligence & Enablement capabilities, including performance dashboards and actionable insights
Drive Attribution & Trust through reliable tracking and incrementality models to demonstrate true ROI for merchants
Collaborate with engineering and data science to ensure high-quality traffic to merchants
Define metrics tied to incremental GMV and merchant ROI, prioritizing initiatives that enhance merchant trust
Qualifications
A minimum of 6 years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces, ads, performance marketing, or affiliate ecosystems
Strong merchant-first mindset with a deep understanding of merchant goals and solutions
Proven ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations and scale products from 0 to 1
Analytical skills with comfort in using data for opportunity sizing and prioritization
End-to-end product ownership experience with a measurable impact on revenue or growth
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across various departments
Ability to drive initiatives independently while collaborating with multiple teams
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
