Due to MSG\'s continued growth, a new opening is available for a Civil Project Manager to assist with our projects in Columbus Ohio! Responsibilities
We\'re seeking a self-motivated professional Project Manager in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture specializing in all facets of Site Development with a desire to grow personally and professionally. In this role, you will put your problem-solving, logic, and creativity to the test leading a multi-discipline and highly interactive team of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and technicians. You will work with developers, planners, builders, and local review agencies to provide dynamic design solutions on site development projects. Daily, you will oversee all phases of design and construction activities while helping to develop efficient, timely, and cost-effective solutions for MSG. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
10+ years\' of experience in design and plan preparation, with at least 5 years of site development projects. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, preferably working as a licensed Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect. Experience with industry design standards, guidelines and specifications (i.e., City of Columbus and surrounding counties, ODOT, and etc.) and knowledge of AutoCad/Civil 3D grading is expected. Proficiency in independent preparation of Hydraulic/Hydrologic reports, Roadway design and survey experience is a plus. Benefits
