What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead Success Programs/Engagements, ensuring proactive communication and coordination with stakeholders
Develop, analyze, and maintain accurate schedules in partnership with customers and internal teams
Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and employer resources, providing guidance and direction to program team members
Track and report on PMO-defined metrics and KPIs, including financial performance and customer satisfaction targets
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer centricity
What is Required (Qualifications)
BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience)
7 years or more of Project/Program Management experience with enterprise-class software and hardware implementation delivery
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and change management skills
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of employer products
Proficient understanding of SAAS, IP, ATM, and/or TDM internetworking, switching, or transmission
Expertise in organizational change management, with certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP, CSM, or equivalent)
Experience partnering with Success Account Managers
Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification
