About the Role The Project Manager provides consulting project management services for our telecommunications client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. The role leads corporate office renovation, fit‑out, and decommissioning projects nationally, managing projects from initiation through completion. A hybrid schedule is offered.

What You’ll Do

Manage all areas of project management for commercial real‑estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Interface directly with clients to prepare all project elements—scope of work, project delivery resources, cost estimates & budget, schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Define project delivery resources from pre‑qualified lists or through the project qualification process, conduct standard RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.

Ensure project data integrity and that documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.

Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status and variances.

Identify project threats, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement measures to reduce or eliminate risk.

Apply in‑depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Mentor others and share knowledge of your subject area while gaining a broad understanding of related job fields.

Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values—Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence—and build consensus to reach agreement.

Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within your team and related teams.

What You’ll Need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5‑8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with project management software required. Procore experience is beneficial.

General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.

Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Advanced math skills with ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial‑related calculations.
