Telework Option There is potential for the incumbent to telework within the state of Minnesota. Telework workers must have reliable internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload and a suitable working environment.

Position Overview This position will provide the initial contact for callers to the MNsure Contact Center, assist consumers with application and enrollment, navigate the online portal, and maintain accurate consumer records. Work is high-volume, deadline-oriented, and focused on quality.

Responsibilities

Serve as the initial contact for MNsure callers and provide information on application, eligibility, and enrollment.

Provide general office support for contact center operations.

Manage outgoing and incoming correspondence, ensuring accurate consumer records.

Support call‑out campaigns and special projects as required.

Complete special assignments directed by the supervisor or lead worker.

Minimum Qualifications

One (1) year of customer service experience within the last three (3) years.

Ability to comprehend and explain policies and procedures accurately.

Competence in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).

Basic arithmetic skills for income data.

Data entry proficiency. Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline‑oriented, accuracy‑focused environment.

Strong customer service skills and effective oral and written communication.

Ability to multi‑task, work independently and as part of a team with a record of regular attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

One (1) year contact center experience, preferably in health care or insurance.

Knowledge of HIPAA and Data Privacy.
