e-Commerce Donation Sorting Specialist - North District

Location: North District (North Fort Myers – Punta Gorda), Fort Myers, Florida.

Responsibilities : Great customer service skills. The e-Commerce Donation Sorting Specialist is responsible for sorting and selecting online‑appropriate items from the store’s donated product flow. They will work with the retail production staff to ensure online‑appropriate items are sent to the e‑Commerce department weekly, coach the production team on product knowledge, and are responsible for accurate documentation and staging of selected product to be transferred to the e‑Commerce department. The specialist will also assist in sorting and selecting appropriate product for the store’s display case and pricing of product.
Required Experience : High School graduation or its equivalent. Prefer some past experience in retail and/or stock handling.
Required Skills : Ability to listen to and follow instructions; communicate effectively both written and verbally; stand for long periods of time; ambulate independently; stoop, bend, kneel, push, and pull; see and recognize colors; able to lift forty (40) pounds; basic math skills; ability to work occasionally outdoors where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.
