Value Stream Performance Lead - Plan to Inventory
XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems, focused on research and energy development contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint. XNRGY is seeking a qualified Value Stream Performance Lead to join its team located in Mesa, AZ.
The Value Stream Performance Lead (VSPL) role:
The Value Stream Performance Lead (VSPL) is a hands‑on business leader who designs and deploys what good looks like across XNRGY’s core value streams. This role represents the business in agile transformation squads, ensuring redesigned processes are best‑in‑class, maximize adoption of existing toolsets, eliminate waste, and embed automation and AI where valuable.
Reporting to the Business Transformation Lead, the VSPL sets the value stream improvement targets and defines how they will be met. They track progress, own and ruthlessly prioritize the backlog, and engage closely with Value Stream Owners and Business Process Owners to ensure alignment, representation, and sustained performance.
The VSPL brings sharp business acumen, operational expertise, and decisive leadership. They work cross‑functionally with IT, Operations, and Finance to ensure that every sprint delivers measurable business impact and accelerates the company’s transformation journey.
This is a role for a builder and change driver—someone who thrives on action, mobilizes people around a clear vision, and brings clarity, speed, and accountability to execution.
Responsibility Overview This role specifically focuses on the Plan-to-Inventory (P2I) value stream—a critical component of XNRGY’s operational transformation. The Value Stream Performance Lead will oversee the end‑to‑end process from demand planning and production scheduling to inventory management, ensuring materials and products are available to meet demand efficiently and reliably.
A key focus will be on increasing inventory accuracy, anticipating material shortages, and building proactive systems that ensure continuity of supply. This includes integrating forecasting, capacity planning, procurement, and warehouse operations to optimize flow, resource utilization, and working capital. Leveraging data‑driven insights, ERP integration, and automation, the role enhances visibility, streamlines material and information flows, and minimizes waste as a foundation for scalability.

Lead the business‑side deployment of new processes within their function.
Train users, communicate process changes, and ensure readiness for go‑live.
Track adoption and process KPIs post‑deployment to verify effectiveness and sustainability.

Ensure all process improvements are documented, standardised, and integrated into the Business Management System (BMS).
Provide regular feedback to the Value Stream Owner and Business Transformation Office on progress, risks, and lessons learned.
