How You'll Make An Impact We are seeking a dedicated Production Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional process and workflow support to our users. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting applications/systems, as well as ensuring the smooth functioning of processes and workflows that are integral to the daily operations of our firm.

Communicates clearly and concisely

Troubleshoots a range of user workflow and process issues directly with the user, providing hands‑on support

Refers more complex problems to supervisors or other experts

Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign to form a basic understanding of specific function

Participates in meetings and continuing education to improve individual, departmental, and organizational performance

Effectively works with other internal teams to triage and elevate issues that cannot be resolved by our team

Experience working with Applied EPIC or CSR24 is a plus

About You Required: Typically requires minimum of 3 years of experience. May require vocational or technical education, or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
