Job Description
Financial & Insurance Services firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Client Relations & Scheduling Coordinator
to support our growing financial advisory practice. The individual will play a vital role in maintaining excellent client relationships, managing scheduling and communications, and assisting in the daily operations of the firm.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is highly organized, and thrives in a professional environment focused on financial planning and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm appointments
for new and existing clients, including financial reviews and retirement planning sessions.
Call and follow up with leads and clients
to schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication.
Manage the advisor's
calendar, reminders, and client outreach
through CRM and Calendly.
Prepare clients folders, documents, and meeting notes prior to appointments.
Track client interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM.
Assist with client onboarding, follow-up communications, and administrative tasks.
Support the Advisor with marketing campaigns, open enrollment scheduling, and client appreciation events.
Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards in all client communications.
Qualifications
Previous experience in
financial services, insurance, or administrative support
preferred.
Strong phone communication and customer-service skills.
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online scheduling software (Calendly).
Professional, reliable, and motivated to contribute to a client-centered environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay with incentive structure based on experience.
