Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite - Full Time)
Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000

As our internal systems and workflows evolve, we’re looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to help drive forward operational excellence.
Position Overview
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role focused on
project planning, ROI analysis, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution . You’ll lead projects from concept to execution, working closely with logistics, operations, and technical teams. To succeed, you must be
highly organized, systems-oriented, and capable of managing escalations and bottlenecks in real time . The Ideal Candidate You’re proactive, process-driven, and passionate about logistics and project delivery. You love translating high-level business needs into structured plans. You’re not afraid to ask the hard questions, solve unexpected problems, and take full ownership of project results. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with logistics, operations, and shipping teams to define project objectives, timelines, and success metrics Lead project planning cycles from concept through execution, ensuring full readiness for development Drive ROI evaluations to track financial impact and project value Monitor and manage timelines, anticipating roadblocks and adjusting resources as needed Serve as escalation lead for high-priority issues, coordinating quick and thorough resolutions Facilitate communication between departments and with third-party vendors Track performance against KPIs and report regularly to leadership Document key lessons learned and build scalable systems for continuous improvement Qualifications 3–5+ years in project coordination or logistics operations Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain setting Strong analytical and ROI evaluation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities High attention to detail and time management Comfort working in a fast-paced environment across departments and vendors Must-Haves Project coordination experience across operations, logistics, or shipping Proven ability to resolve escalated issues under pressure ROI analysis or budget-tracking experience Skilled in planning, scheduling, and cross-functional team alignment Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based growth Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and company holidays High-ownership role with direct executive visibility Opportunity to impact operations at scale If you're ready to take full ownership of complex logistics and operations projects and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment—we want to hear from you.
