As a Financial Performance Analyst you will own customer relationships early, lead discussions with healthcare executives, and impact decision making by monitoring operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. Your analytical skills and attention to detail are critical to isolate potential financial risks, while your communication and relationship management skills will effectively convey those risks. You will apply numerical analysis to financial concerns and evaluate revenue cycle risk factors to directly transform the healthcare industry. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success Work experience in a finance‑related field is preferred Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL Ability to assess accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses and form conclusions Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID‑19 vaccination Benefits
