The

Case Aide Supervisor

works in collaboration with the AZ Department of Child Safety to support families reunifying with their children. This position offers an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a paraprofessional, social worker, or behavioral health professional.

Pay Range Base pay: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr.

Case Aide Supervisor Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing a continuum of services for families involved with the Division of Child Safety (DCS) and help them build safe, nurturing environments for their children.

Manage day‑to‑day operations, including overseeing referral contacts, service initiation, case aide assignments, and documenting contract requirements and compliance for Case Aide Services.

Partner with stakeholders by responding to funding sources, creating relationships with partner agencies and community resources, etc.

Measure and track progress and outcomes for children and families in line with DCS performance criteria.

Communicate effectively with families, Case Aides, Child and Family Team members (stakeholders, therapists, case managers, etc.), and agency management.

Provide coaching, support, and employee development to Case Aides and evaluate their performance.

Perform other duties related to the Case Aide position, such as arranging, transporting, and supervising visitations between children placed out of home care and their parents, siblings, and/or significant others to promote continued relationships.

Coach families in communication to foster positive family relations.

Provide support in developing helpful parenting skills, stress management, and other types of training to family members, including role‑modeling techniques and practices.

Provide education for parents on how to access emergency assistance, supports, and community resources.

Assist families with goal setting, planning, and other activities related to home management tasks.

Document all services appropriately.

Perform other duties related to the position as required.

This position requires afternoon, evening, and weekend work. Adaptability in scheduling, driving throughout Maricopa County, and working within communities of the families we support is required.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED.

Related Associate’s degree or at least two (2) years of related experience working with children & families.

Supervisory experience.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.

Valid Arizona Driver’s License with an acceptable 39‑month driving record.

Reliable transportation, including proof of insurance and Arizona registration.

Submit a negative drug test.

Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Complete a DCS Central Registry Check Report for Child Abuse and Neglect.

Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training.

Compensation $20/hr - $22/hr plus full benefits for all full‑time employees.
