AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay : $22.00/hour

What you will do The Maintenance Lead supports the Maintenance Supervisor by overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring timely completion of work orders, and maintaining safety and efficiency across the campus. This hands‑on role involves leading maintenance staff, managing key control and security procedures, and assisting with planning and prioritizing maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will hold an HVAC Certification, demonstrate strong skills in general building maintenance, and model professionalism, accountability, and teamwork in all aspects of facility care.
To be considered you should
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Have certification in HVAC
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; weekends as needed
