Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive supply chain management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You\'ll manage a critical component of our operations, ensuring the timely delivery of materials essential to our success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Production, Project Management), drive performance improvement plans, and much more. Responsibilities
Managing Internal and/or External suppliers to ensure delivery at the right time, quantity, and place based on Alstom needs Expressing delivery needs to suppliers using dedicated tools and contributing to the governance of their delivery performances Collaborating with the Procurement team to ensure contractual agreements are reflected in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Contributing to project Supply Chain objectives and targets by ensuring material planning and ERP settings align with these objectives Managing Purchase Requisition until Material Planning documents creation for internal suppliers Following up with Procurement on the Purchase Requisition level maturity for launching Material Planning documents for external suppliers Driving action plans for performance improvement and contributing to risk management All About You (Qualifications)
Familiarity with Excel at a proficient level Great communication skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach Customer service experience Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP (desirable) Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain (desirable) Experience in collaborating with procurement teams and managing supplier relationships (desirable) Things you’ll enjoy

In accordance with New York State law, the anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and qualifications. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include bonuses, incentive pay, or other forms of compensation. You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
