Acquisitions - Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role that is
heavily phone-based
- some days you will spend a combination of your time in the office or your home office making calls, following up with leads, and negotiating deals. On other days, you will be out of the office meeting with sellers all day. The ideal candidate is fearless in conversations, thrives in a high-energy sales environment, is a motivated self-starter, and is eager to maximize their financial success. Make calls, follow up with leads, and negotiate deals with sellers. Conduct conversations to uncover the real reasons behind a seller’s decision to sell. Meet with sellers in person as required and manage the end-to-end acquisition process. Qualifications
No real estate experience required. Proven sales experience in any industry. Fearless in conversations; able to have difficult discussions and resolve objections. Motivated self-starter who thrives in a high-energy sales environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $100,000+ (base plus commission potential; includes base and commission). Hybrid role with in-office or home-office work, and days spent meeting sellers in person. Full-time employment.
