Job Title: After School Program Assistant Grades K-12 Job Description:
This position will assist Teachers and Club Leads with the supervision, organization and leading of enrichment activities for students in grades K-12 during after school programming, and other duties as assigned.
This position will be available at all Falcons Beyond locations. Hours are 2:30-5:30 with flexibility to work 1-5 days per week throughout the 2025-26 school year. Programming will begin September 4th, 2025.
There will be additional paid opportunities for bus supervision, helping with family engagement events, full day and weekend programming. Qualifications:
One or more years of experience working with youth in an enrichment, after school program, school age care, or other related area preferred. Youth development training and experience preferred. Preferred qualifications – Enrolled in, graduated from or on track for a postsecondary degree program. Application Procedure:
