The Demand Super User manages, develops, implements, and maintains the Forecasting & Replenishment software (Relex) and demand planning capabilities with direct impact on all inventory and working capital across the entire Ahold Delhaize USA network. This role will be a thought partner and problem solver for over 200 system users within Demand, and will lead in Brand category and Retail Ops across all 5 Great Local Brands. The Super User acts as a system expert with understanding of how the system operates and uses that expertise to consult with leaders on user experience, issue resolution, automation and efficiency recommendations, and project support. This role uses exception-based analysis and forecasting accuracy in collaboration with leaders in the Brands, Supply Chain, and IT to identify optimizations and solutions, test and implement requests to drive sales growth, maximize inventory investment, and improve business processes. The position operates in a dynamic environment with shifting support needs as issues arise, projects progress, and automations and system developments change. Work arrangement:

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Core office locations include Salisbury, NC; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME; Hyattsville, MD. Essential job functions

Consult with In Stock, Retail Ops, Category teams, Control Tower, and ADvantage teams to drive optimizations, efficiencies, automations, and resolve issues in support of business process improvement. Drive increased automation across Demand, retail and DCs through system analysis and partnership with users to reduce manual interactions. Communicate performance to the business and translate KPI insights and large data sets into actionable business solutions. Train stakeholders for all system enhancements. Support the training of new system users by translating advanced supply chain theory and technical system expertise into practical terms. Provide strategic project support and help drive various projects and initiatives forward across Supply Chain, IT, and the Brands through expertise of the new F&R System and data insights and solutions. Support rapid response to system issues surfaced by Demand and Brand leadership, identifying solutions and coaching leaders through resolution or impacts. Meet with system users to gather feedback on user experience and system to make recommendations to management on system enhancements. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment. Knowledge

Strong knowledge of working within a cloud-based system and ERP integration. Expert Microsoft Office. Expert Software development/SQL Coding. Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Alteryx. Abilities

Occasional travel to retail locations for research or initiatives and on-call rotation. Strong root-cause analysis skills. Exceptional attention to detail with near-zero error rate required. Comfort working in a highly technical environment. Strong training, coaching and consultation skills. Good organizational, planning, influence, communication, and presentation skills. Able to distill complex data into actionable recommendations and guidance. Ability to think innovatively and share ideas effectively. Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, SCM, Logistics, IT, or related field. Master's Degree preferred. APICS, IBF, or MIT certification preferred. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Merchandising, Pricing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Distribution Operations. 2 years of experience in Demand Planning and/or Forecasting. Relex (forecasting, replenishment, and allocation) system experience. Salary ranges:

ME/NC/PA/SC: $75,040 - $112,560; IL/MA/MD: $86,320 - $129,480 All ADUSA job offers take multiple factors into consideration including salary range, internal equity, qualifications, geographic region, and job-related knowledge and skills. This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by plan terms and governing documents.
