Inside Business Development Representative
We are searching for a full‑time Inside Business Development Representative to support agents and Field Business Development Managers with training and initiatives across their respective territories. Responsibilities
Generate new submission activity and business opportunities from assigned agents and producers. Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails. Present and deliver information to potential and current clients. Maintain database (HubSpot, CRM, Excel, etc.) of client information. Deliver effective underwriting appetite guidance and procedural training to producers and targeted groups of agents. Communicate effectively with external and internal partners. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics. Answer potential client questions and follow‑up call inquiries. Support department and company initiatives as needed. Recognize and report on market developments and competitor actions that may be a threat or opportunity to ongoing FWCI sales results. Qualifications & Attributes
Strong phone presence and presentation skills. Proven ability to develop sales opportunities and build ongoing business relationships. Track record of understanding sales goals and meeting or exceeding them. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Experience with sales CRM and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Competitive Benefits
