This Position reports to: Local Division Controller In this role, you will have the opportunity to deploy and lead the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by leading programs and projects to improve and sustain local business performance. The work model for the role is: Hybrid (must be in Houston, TX) This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries in United States Local Division. Main stakeholders are Operations/Sales and Finance. You will be mainly accountable for: Identifying and working to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives and overseeing cases of conflicting priorities. Promoting and leading improvement programs and projects within your own area of responsibility, with a hands-on (Gemba) and problem-solving approach. Leading a systematic fact-based approach to identify and evaluate opportunities for future improvement within the local organization. Providing guidance and supporting towards disseminating a continuous improvement mindset and culture at all levels, activities, and functions to promote behavioral change for continuous performance improvement at local level.

Qualifications Highly skilled in end to end process improvement, change management process and rolling new and best practices and the Energy Industry market Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality, operational excellence, process improvements, implementing projects, etc. Leadership experience or background as a role model with initiative in driving automation, tools and technology Experience with SAP, as well as Black Belt certification, Microsoft Project Planning, Project Management, SQL Critical thinking, analytical, organized, problem solver and inspire in influencing change into the organization, good communication Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering Extensive knowledge of End to end process improvements in Project business, manufacturing or service Strong verbal and written communication skills
